Abstract: 将MS,B5和W培养基配制成有机元素含量不变,无机盐含量分别为100%,75%,50%,25%,0的培养基,分别加入不同体积1 mol·L-1的NaOH溶液,测定高压灭菌前后培养基pH值,记录培养基凝固状态,研究不同盐含量MS,B5和W培养基高压灭菌后pH值与NaOH溶液添加量之间的定量关系,以及盐含量和酸碱度变化对培养基凝固状态的影响.结果表明,高压灭菌后,不同盐含量的培养基pH值与NaOH溶液添加量呈对数关系,培养基pH值降低幅度随盐含量增加而减小,调节培养基pH值所需NaOH溶液添加量随盐含量增加而增加,培养基硬度随NaOH溶液添加量增加而增加.%
