Abstract: Objective To explore the etiology and treatment of acquired coagulopathy. Methods The clinical data, as well as detection result and treatment plan of 52 patients with acquired coagulopathy in our hospital from April 2012 to March2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 30 cases(57.69%) of deficiency of vitamin K-dependent coagulation factor, 12 cases(23.08%) of liver disease, 3 cases(5.77%) of disseminated intravascular coagulation, 7 cases(13.46%) of unknown etiology; positive treatment of the primary disease made the disease of 49 cases(94.23%) improved, and 3 cases(5.77%) died. Conclusion Deficiency of vitamin K-dependent coagulation factor, liver disease, and disseminated intravascular coagulation are key risk factors of acquired coagulopathy. For those with clear etiology, blood coagulation function inspection should be conducted as supplementary means to predict and timely correct the coagulopathy.
