Abstract: Hybrid rapeseed Youyan 924 was new rapeseed variety bred by Guizhou Rapeseed Institute,it was tested in Middle Reaches of Yangtze River from 2011 to 2013,the average yield and oil yieldof these two year were 179.73kg/667m2,84.29kg/667m2,respectively,it’s greater than average yield and average oil yield by 5.22%,13.4%,respectively,and greater than Zhongyouza No.2by 10.06%,23.68%,respectively.The average oil content of 2years was 46.63%,in practice the oil content up to 49.21%,erucic acid was 0.25%,thioglycosides was 20.27μmol/g·cake.It was approved by national test of high oil content,high yielding,low erucic acid and low thioglycosides content,good lodge resistance and disease resistance,and have appripriate growth periods.
