Abstract: 文章采用铝合金作为基体材料,利用自制的WH-1A型微弧氧化设备进行表面处理.针对微弧氧化中后期陶瓷层质量差、生长速率低等问题,引入了超声波.结果表明:超声波的加入可提高陶瓷层的生长速率并促进中后期陶瓷的继续生长;使陶瓷层与基体结合处到表面的硬度变大,并且有利于α-Al2O3的生成,提高陶瓷质量;超声波震荡作用使表面更加光滑平整.
