Abstract: 钢中残余奥氏体的数量及其稳定性与钢的力学性能密不可分.为了提高低碳微合金钢中残余奥氏体的数量,本文研究了一种热处理创新工艺.结果表明,试验钢经780℃退火30 min,660℃回火30 min,最后经500℃回火30 min处理,获得了数量最多的残余奥氏体.透射电镜分析表明析出物分布在残余奥氏体内.力学性能测试结果表明此工艺下试验钢通过TRIP效应获得的强塑积最高.
