Abstract: 对Al-Fe系铝合金热轧杆进行了再结晶退火.实验研究了不同状态铝合金杆拉制导线的电导率、抗拉强度和伸长率.实验结果表明退火铝合金杆具有较高的加工硬化率,退火铝合金杆拉制的导线与热轧杆直接拉制的导线强度相当,导电率提高约0.5% IACS,伸长率提高30%以上.导线导电率的提高与退火可部分消除铸造和轧制过程中形成的晶体缺陷有关.
