Practice and effect evaluation of intravenous thrombolytic in hospital process reengineering among patients with acute ischemic ;stroke

Abstract: This paper introduced the practice of intravenous thrombolytic in hospital process reengineering among patients with acute ischemic stroke in our hospital since July 2015. We established the thrombolytic stroke group, the multi-department cooperation, organization system, and pre-hospital emergency system which are the keys to the intravenous thrombolytic treatment in hospital process among patients with acute ischemic stroke. The results showed that the Door-to-Needle Time (DNT), the time of the blood sampling, the decision time of the family members, the time of the blood examination were shortened obviously.
