Abstract: With the improvement of women' s education, the university female managements have become the important human resource of university management.From the gender perspective, the female managers are at a disadvantage in career development. Traditional gender role expectations constrain their ability to exercise and the pressure of multiple roles worsen their frustration.To a-dapt the vocational plight of female managements, universities should be gender equality awareness throughout the university man-agement decisions, and strive to build a good cultural environment conductive to the development of female managers.The women themselves should also establish a sense of ownership and improve personal qualities.
