Abstract: 利用生物因子镰刀菌菌株F1和F5,针对玉米青枯病主要致病菌禾生腐霉菌(Pythium graminicola)和禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminearum)进行诱导玉米抗青枯病技术研究.研究结果表明,注射诱导接种法和土壤诱导接种法均能获得良好的免疫效果;以播前土壤诱导接种法为最佳,效果好,持效期长.当迟滞期为16 d时,挑战后63 d诱导效果仍为100%.土壤诱导接种法最佳迟滞期是16 d,注射诱导接种法的最佳迟滞期是10 d.
