Abstract: Objective Multi-detectorow spiral C(MDCT) waused to evaluate axillary lymph nodefobreascanceoperation mode selection.Method213 patientwho underwensurgery of the breasduring the period of January 2010 to Decembe2014 were selected.The inclusion criteriwere afollows: (1) no preoperative chemotherapy;(2) MDCbefore the surgery;(3) axillary lymph node removal during the surgery.ResultThe numbeof patientwho had lymph node metastasiwa27 and theilargeslymph node wa10.5 mm in diameter.The numbeof non-metastasipatientwa64 and theilargeslymph node wa6.9 mm in diameter.Cresultshowed thathe numbeof patientwho had round lymph nodeand contained no faconcentration wa31, and the numbeof patientwho had cuneate oround lymph nodeand contained faconcentration wa60.Statistical resultshowed lymph nodethawere round, had diameteof aleas10 mm and contained no faconcentration were considered alymph node metastasis, while those thawere round, had diameteof lesthan 8 mm and contained the faconcentration were considered anon-metastasis.Conclusion MDCcould be used aan effective assistanmethod foevaluating axillary lymph nodeand providing the reference fothe breascanceoperation mode selection.
