The Content determination of Paeoniflorin in Wulong Yangxue capsule

Abstract: Objective To establish the method for assay of Wulong Yangxue capsule.Methods The sample was analyzed by High performance liquid chromatography HPLC and with Diamonsil Columns C18 column.The amount of paeoniflorin of radix paeoniae rubra was detected with methanol -water -glacial acetic acid (25 ∶75 ∶0.2)as mobile phase and detected wavelength of 230nm.Re-sultsPaeoniflorin in the range of 250 -50μg good linear relationship ,Y =35883X -249249,the correlation coefficient r =0.9992. RSD was 1.19% (n =6).Conclusion The method was sensitive,accurate ,simple and reproducible,as one of the indicators of the quality control of Wulong Yangxue capsule.
