Abstract: Based on an introduction of the differences between the jurisdiction scope of the maritime waters and the navigable waters in coastal areas, this article reflects on the delimitation of the navigable waters in Nantong’s coastal areas as well as puts forward the corresponding proposals, which is expected to offer reference for this field.
