Abstract: 在我的家乡--梅州平远的众多美食中,我最喜欢那香喷喷的盐豆。
  奶奶经常做盐豆。她把新鲜的大豆倒进簸箕,反复筛选,除去那些干瘪的豆子,留下那些饱满而富有光泽的大豆。再把精心挑选的豆子放进锅里,用大火煮熟,稍微晾一晾,倒进腌制食物用的大缸里,撒下适量的盐、辣椒面和花椒面。等到腌豆表面覆盖一层闻上去微微发臭的丝,便可全部倒出来,让它们尽情享受“日光浴”了。
