Abstract: 为优化熏蒸杨木液化工艺,采用单因素试验,考察温度、时间、液料比对熏蒸杨木液化残渣率的影响.再采用3因素3水平的响应面分析法确定熏蒸杨木液化的优化工艺,同时建立熏蒸杨木液化的二次项数学模型,并验证其可靠性.结果表明:熏蒸杨木液化的最佳条件为温度185℃、时间162min、液料比4.6.在最佳条件下,熏蒸杨木液化残渣率为6.18%.表明模型预测值与实验值之间有很好的拟合性,证实了模型的有效性.
