Abstract: Characteristics not only is the most important thing for a journal,but also the eternal theme of college journal’s construction and development. Faced with the fierce market competition,it is especially important to college journal to think about how to accurate location,and how to build its own characteristics. In order to realize sustainable development,in running journals,the editorial department should improve the academic quality,establish brand awareness; exert the advantage of discipline,establish characteristic column; improve the editors quality and to base editor on scholarship.
