Optimization of process parameters of mixed molding fuel with sludge and corn stalk

Abstract: To solve the problem of utilization of typical waste resources in Daqing,the rich corn stalk in Daqing and the Daqing oilfield waste sludge were respectively selected as major and auxiliary raw.The sludge proportion,moisture content of mixed feedstock and molding pressure were selected as impact factors,and calorific value,relaxed density,crush resistance and anti-deformation were selected as evaluation indexes to optimize process parameters of molding fuel. The results showed that sludge proportion had a small effect on moisture content of mixed feedstock. The process parameters were as follows,the sludge proportion was from 5% to 10%, the moisture content of mixed feedstock was from 10% to 12%,and the molding pressure was from 25 MPa to 30 MPa. Under this condition,physical qualities of molding fuel were better. This study may provide a theoretical basis for determining process parameters of molding fuel and seek a new direction for the resource utilization of sludge.
