Abstract: Objective To study the effectiveness of 64 row spiral CT colonography in the diagnosis of colorectal diseases.Methods The 94 patients admitted to our hospital for examination from November 2013 to July 2014 were randomly selected.Colonography of patients were developed by the scanning of CT equipment and the disease was judged by examining the image. Results After CT scan, all symptoms of 94 patients were accurately diagnosed. And 55 patients were diagnosed as knot or rectal cancer, while the rest 39 patients were diagnosed as parenteral conditions. The CT examination results were basically consistent with pathological observation in the operation(P>0.05). Conclusion The CT imaging diagnosis should be popularized for the specific conditions of patients with colorectal lesions can be accurately judged by colonography with the CT scan.
