Abstract: This article analyzes the functional requirements of digital archives, describes the Federal Enterprise Architecture(FEA), and further constructs the FEA reference model of digital archives(DAFEA),compares the archives management framework RMP and DAFEA from FEA and NARA, and then provides a new method to design enterprise architecture for the digital archives.
