Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effect of whole-course high-quality nursing on the bad mood of the elderly patients received operation .Methods:Selected the clinical data of 71 elderly patients who had un-dergone operation in our hospital during the period fromApril 201 1 to March 2014 randomly divided them in-to group A and group B,the 36 patients in group A were treated with conventional nursing measures,the 35 cases in group B were treated according to whole-course high-quality nursing mode,evaluate the patients 14days before the operation and 14 days later after the operation in accordance with SDS and SAS .Results:The score of SDS and the score of SAS in group B were all better than that in the A group,to compared the 2 groups,the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:The application of whole-course high-quality nursing to elderly patients undergone operation mode can effectively alleviate patients'psycholog-ical pressure,alleviate patients'depression,anxiety,it is worthy of popularization.
