Abstract: To adapt to the development of equipment,it is necessary to establish an evaluation system for acquisition performance of weapons and equipments.Therefore,this paper establishes a life cycle cost evaluation model with gray theory and evaluates synthetically the acquisition perform-ance of weapons and equipments around cost,reliability and capability by using ANP (Analytical Net Process)method to provide acquisition decision support for optimized performance.
