Abstract: 为实现某船用悬臂吊结构低柔度、轻量化设计,采用Hypermesh软件建立吊臂结构有限元模型,并将其简化为一平面拓扑优化问题.本文先后对结构体积比函数设计空间进行遍历(0.2~0.7),计算结果表明,当体积比为0.2时,结构刚度的改进程度相对较小;随着体积比增加至0.3、0.4或0.5时,吊臂结构整体刚度有较大的改进;当体积比为0.6或0.7时,刚度提升的程度相对较小,趋势也逐渐变得缓慢.此时,增加质量对刚度有一定的改进作用,但不明显.因此在实际结构设计中,本文推荐使用体积比为0.5对应的结构拓扑.
