Abstract: With the speeding up of urban modernization construction steps, the municipal engineering construction technology has received more and more attention. Among them, the water supply and drainage pipeline plays an im?portant role for water supply and wastewater drainage in industrial and civil buildings. Therefore, material selection of water supply and drainage pipeline should comprehensively consider the hydraulic performance of materials and construction convenience, as for the interface, whether the same or different kinds of pipes can have different ways of connection, this paper mainly expounds the municipal water supply and drainage pipe socket construction material, analyzes the categories and characteristics of municipal water supply and drainage pipe socket connection, the socket type drainage pipeline construction technology is studied.
