Abstract: Economic and trade cooperation between Hebei Province and Russia, talent is the Important factor. In the background of economic and trade cooperation between Hebei Province and Russia, this paper analyzes the present situation of Russian personnel training in universities in Hebei Province to explore ways of improving the strategies of inter-disciplinary high-ranking training in Hebei Province. This paper comprehensively proposes strategies to improve the quality of Russian talent cultivation in Hebei Province, and promotes economic and trade cooperation between Hebei Province and Russia to develop more deeply and widely.
