Abstract: 目的建立L3-L4活动节段有限元模型,用于进一步的生物力学研究.方法通过AutoCAD进行造型形成L3-L4活动节段的CAD模型,转换成有限元分析模型,在模型绘出韧带及小关节囊.结果模型的总节点数为2128,包括1478个点块单元,16个边界元,髓核与整个椎间盘的横切面积之比为35.5%.结论通过CT断层扫描、图像数字化自理及计算机辅助设计等方法,可以建立腰椎活动节段的有限元模型.
