Issue:5 Journal:Journal of Chinese Agricultural Mechanization Keyword:pressure sensor; temperature compensation; least square approximation; Newton interpolation; Abstract:In view of the piezoresistive pressure sensor is easily influenced by temperature in the actual application,the combination algorithm of least squares and Newton interpolation methods was proposed to realize compensation of the piezoresistive pressure sensor.The frame of this compensating system was described,and the principles of the temperature compensation and executive processes of pre-calibration and compensation were emphatically elaborated.Through the analysis of experimental results,the feasibility,reasonableness and accuracy of the compensation algorithm were verified,which ensures the effective measurement of the piezoresistive pressure sensor.
