Abstract: The existing civil servants assessment and evaluation system has many problems.With the help of big data technology,more accurate and scientific assessment and evaluation to civil servants can be reached by dynamic monitoring,the multi-factor evaluation,classification,hierarchical management,group and individual analysis,early warning and behavior modification,which used to be difficult to achieve.This needs to break through and improve on the laws and institutions.
