Abstract: School football as the social expectation for the revitalization of Chinese football,has been incorporated into the national development strategy.Studies suggest that the domination of school football transferred from the State General Administration of Sports to the Ministry of Education is beneficial to all,but there are still some problems in the operation,including:untimely and not in-depth summary on the early development;role dislocation for the development of school football;result overweighing process in setting development goals,being not practical;lack of education con-notation in the implement;unclear rights and responsibility division for the liability subject.It is suggested that we should return school football to education standard,eliminate the profit -driven psychology and deepen the school football education essence to promote its healthy and orderly de-velopment.
