Abstract: The operation process of calcinations-preleaching-chloridizing leaching-extraction-refine was applied to recover gold, palladium and platinum from copper anode mud. The results showed that after the oxidation reduction potential of chlorination liquid was controlled with sodium sulfite, the recovery rate of gold could reach 99%; while palladium was extracted from remain liquid with isoamyl sulphide, at a recover rate of over 90%. The liquid remain after the palladium extraction process was treated with trialkylamine and NaOH to reextract platinum. The treatment process could give rise to a palladium and platinum product which can be 99.99%, reached national standard of China, and the grade of coarse gold powder could be up to 97.09%.
