Abstract: Taking county and district public library as examples,this paper analyzed the problems in uti-lizing children library collection and proposed countermeasures like enlarging collection scale, improving book acquisition,creating comfortable environment,working together with schools and families,strengthening reading service and cultivating professional librarians to effectively improve the utilization of children library collection.
