Abstract: 3D fluid?structure coupling model of water lubrication rubber alloy bearing was established.Fluid calculation software was applied for the analysis of internal flow field in the running bearing.The analysis results show that speed and eccentricity are the important factors influencing the water film pressure distribution,water film velocity distribution and bearing capacity.The larger speed helps to form hydrodynamic pressure.The increase of eccentricity will increase dynamic water pressure,and increase water film pressure and bearing capacity.The analysis of deformation and stress of rubber layer shows that the deformation and stress of main bearing surface of rubber layer are increased with increased speed and eccen?tricity.Maximum stress is located in the rubber lining and shaft sleeve adhesive surface.The physical properties of the rub?ber lining and its mechanics performance on the shaft sleeve adhesive surface should be fully considered in the design.
