Abstract: 研究了铜绿假单胞菌的吩嗪类分泌物:绿脓菌素(pyocyanine,PYO)和1-羟基吩嗪(1-hydroxyphenazine,POH),在铜绿假单胞菌去除Cr(Ⅵ)中的作用.采用分光光度法和原子吸收光谱法测定样品中Cr(Ⅵ)和总铬在不同时间点的浓度,结果表明,铜绿假单胞菌可吸附并还原Cr(Ⅵ),并且PYO和POH均可加速菌体对Cr(Ⅵ)的还原,随着吩嗪浓度增大,还原速率加快,当PYO或POH的浓度为50 μmol/L时,12 h内的Cr(Ⅵ)还原量分别为12 mg/L和16 mg/L.
