Abstract: 在5种温度(10~35℃)、3个相对湿度(RH 65%、86%、100%)组合环境中以静态称质量法测定初始低水分(8.09% ~8.45%)、正常水分(13.26%~14.12%)、高水分(21.03% ~21.75%)籼稻“刚优”和糯稻“尖尖糯”稻谷籽粒含水率随时间的变化,并采用修正的扩散方程描述水分吸附/解吸速率变化规律.在RH 65%~ 100%范围内,稻谷初始水分越低,10~35℃下的水分吸附速率越大,温度较高,吸附速率则较大.同样的初始水分样品,暴露的RH越高,它们的水分吸附/解吸速率越大.假定稻谷籽粒是均质的有限圆柱体,采用数值解法解偏微分水分扩散方程,并用斜率方法分析稻谷水分有效扩散系数,两个正常水分稻谷品种样品在10~35℃范围吸附过程中,水分有效扩散系数为4.318×10-9~1.546×10-8 m2·h-1.初始水分相同的稻谷籽粒有效水分扩散系数,在相同RH下随着温度升高呈现增加趋势,而在同一温度下随着RH增加则呈现减少趋势.
