Abstract: The paper describes the properties indexes of NM450 steel plate produced by low carbon equivalent value design in Shangang,implements mechanical test,microstructure observation,wear resistance test and operation test under actual working conditions. The test result proves that the NM450 steel plate developed by Shangang meets the standard requirements,which can be used to substitute the imported wear resistant steel plate.
