Abstract: The article analyzes the actuality and difficulty of production organization in the medium and heavy steel plate production line of Jigang,puts forward the optimization measures of production organization in the respects of orders for ultrasonic detected steel plate,special steel grade,composite slab,light gauge steel plate and consumption of slabs in stock. After implementing the measures,order delivery rate is increased,slab quantity in stock is greatly de-creased.
