Abstract: 以二(4-羟基丁基)四甲基二硅氧烷(H T)为封端剂,以四甲基氢氧化铵为催化剂,通过八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)开环聚合,制备了不同相对分子质量的羟烃基聚硅氧烷;以聚醚、二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、羟烃基聚硅氧烷为原料,1,4丁二醇为扩链剂,二羟甲基丙酸为亲水性扩链剂,合成了系列羟烃基聚硅氧烷改性水性聚氨酯(WPU)分散体.考察了羟烃基聚硅氧烷相对分子质量及用量对WPU乳液的稳定性、乳液粒径以及胶膜涂层硬度和附着力的影响.结果表明:羟烃基聚硅氧烷改性WPU乳液分散稳定性优异,在聚碳酸酯板上涂膜的附着力良好,而硬度范围的跨度相当大(2H~6B);涂膜的综合性能以n(HT)∶n(D4)为1∶8的羟烃基聚硅氧烷质量分数约为4%时最佳,附着力达到ASTM 5B,硬度为H.
