Abstract: Objective: To explore single-arch laparoscopic assisted orthopaedic surgery(TUES) on the abdominal appearance and liver function of patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods: 130 patients with acute cholecystitis undergoing the elective surgery were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the observation group were treated with the umbilical single-arch laparoscopic cholecystectomy, while the patients in the control group were taken the laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Then the operation time, postoperative pain score, satisfaction of incision and the changes of liver function indexes of patients in the two groups were observed and compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the operation time, postoperative pain score and atisfaction of incision in the observation group were much better, and the differences were significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference about the hospitalization between the two groups(P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference about the levels of ALT, AST and ALP of patients in the two groups before surgery(P>0.05). After surgery, the levels of ALT,AST and ALP of patients in the groups were higher than before(P<0.05). The levels of ALT, AST and ALP in the observation group were lower than those of the control group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: Single-arch laparoscopic assisted orthopedic surgery, which can improve the patients with acute cholecystitis, improve the effect of the abdominal wall, and has little impact on liver function, is worthy of promotion.
