Abstract: The humanistic thought is one of the quintessence in Chinese traditional culture, which is also the most distinctive feature of the Confucian management thought. The Confucian humanistic management thought in Pre-Qin Period has rich connotation of humanism, people-orientation, and attaching importance to people. Its most distinctive feature embodies philosophy of"benevolence,""The people are the most important element in a state."Humanistic management thought greatly influenced the enterprise value construction.
