Zaozhuang City, the Result of 3 462 Cases of Gynecological Diseases Census Analysis of Rural Women

Abstract: Objective To understand the common disease, frequently-occurring disease prevalence, rural women do early discov-ery, early treatment, in order to improve the level of rural women's reproductive health; Understanding in recent 3 years as the country to increase investment in public health, once a year, gynecological diseases census addition and the effect of health educa-tion to reduce the incidence of women. Methods The 2012-2014 of department of gynaecology of yongan township, 3462 cases of married women in census in addition, a health education at the same time, according to the requirements of the major public health projects in shandong province, for they also conduct a free screening for cervical cancer, breast cancer, the inspection groups according to age (25~45 years of age) in low age groups, the high age group (46~65 years) in the two groups, the analysis of the census results. Results As countries to increase investment in public health, maternal and child health care work, much atten-tion has been paid to the prevention and management of rural women's awareness than in previous years, census rate is rising year by year, genital tract infection rate has a downward trend year by year, but still higher prevalence of gynecological diseases. Three years the prevalence of 82.2%,77.6%,63.5%. Found in 3462 cases of cervical cancer in 1 case, onset age of 52, incidence of a disease accounted for 0.028%;Cervical lesions in 2 cases, before the onset age of 38 and 46, the incidence is 0.058%; The age of 48, 1 case, breast cancer incidence was 0.058%. Conclusion Should strictly in accordance with the requirements for shandong province rural public health, rural women for every year of gynecological diseases census work in addition, seriously carry out \"two cancer\" free screening, early detection, early treatment of various kinds of gynecological diseases, health education, at the same time to carry out a variety of sources is one of the important measures to improve the level of the women's health.
