Abstract: Combined with the training of mineral processing majors for skill competition, this article discusses how to cultivate students' operational ability, and puts forward the concrete method—"guiding" and the matters needing attention in the process of operation. This method is not only suitable for mineral processing major but also suitable for other majors’cultivation of operational ability.
