Abstract: The commercial application of PHC-03 catalyst developed by PetroChina Petrochemical Research InstitUte in 1. 2Mt·a - 1 hydrocracking Unit of Oil Refinery of PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Company in 2012 was analyzed. The catalyst loading,vUlcanization,inactivation,start-Up and long period operation were comprehensively introdUced. The resUlts showed that PHC-03 catalyst had the advantages of easy control,stable operation,strong adaptability to different prodUction plans and loads,good catalyst performance,high liqUid yield,and good selectivity to the intermediate distillate dUring start-Up and long period operation. The performance of the catalyst achieved the expected reqUirements.
