Abstract: Comparing the library in Dongguan Institute of Technology(DGUT) with the NTUT(National Taipei University of Technology) library, the latter has a small set of staff which is the concise epitome of the entire school faculty. As for DGUT library,it purchases literature on the per capita number of books while NTUT library focuses on the pragmatic effect of literature. What’s more, NTUT library sublimates the endless process of accumulating human’s knowledge into the library’s philosophy of sustainable development. Above all, the experiences of NTUT library are worth hearing.
