Clinical Analysis of Surgical Treatment of Gallstones

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy in elderly patients undergoing gallstone surgery. Methods 2012 February- December 2014 to our hospital clinical data of 66 cases of patients with gallstones were analyzed,of which 31 patients underwent cholecystectomy,five cases of patients with common bile duct jejunum Roux- Y anastomosis,24 patients were given duct lithotomy therapy,therapeutic effects were observed and the incidence of complications in patients. Results 66 patients have been cured after surgery, treatment, postoperative complications appeared in 7 cases, the complication rate was 11. 67%. Conclusion Patients with gallstones should choose according to their specific circumstances the best surgical program,postoperative constantly correct and control the patient’s pathological abnormalities,so as to enhance the cure rate and reduce surgical morbidity.
