Clinical Application of D Two in Cerebral Infarction Patients With Cerebral Infarction

Abstract: Objective Through examination of cerebral infarction( ACI) in the serum of the patients with D dimer( DD),homocysteine( Hcy) concentration and analysis between them and the occurrence of ACI and the infarction risk severity. Methods In the 78 cases of patients with ACI patients as the research object,according to the CT scan,to the size of the infarction area divided into 3 groups( large,medium,small) infarction group. To detect the blood of patients with DD and Hcy concentrations at the time of admission,and combined with the patients clinical symptoms and CT were analyzed. Results Blood DD in the patient group,Hcy concentration,compared with the control group,ACI DD group,Hcy were significantly increased,significant differences( P < 0. 001); large infarction foci in patients with DD concentration is higher than that of middle and small infarct foci area group,pairwise comparison there were statistically significant differences between the groups; and concentrations of Hcy in different stem death foci area set of pairwise comparison is not significant difference( P < 0. 01). Conclusions DD and Hcy may be involved in the pathogenesis of ACI and are independent risk factors for ACI. The concentration of DD had a predictive effect on the severity of the disease,and Hcy had no significance.
