Abstract: 目的 优选扶正生血胶囊的提取工艺.方法 采用正交试验法,以白藜芦醇含量和干膏得率为指标,考察加水倍数、煎煮时间、煎煮次数对提取工艺的影响.结果 最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水煎煮3次,每次90 min.结论 优选的工艺合理可行,提取效率高,可为扶正生血胶囊的工业化生产提供参考.
