如何有效改善大气环境质量已成为杭州市“环境立市”发展战略实施中亟待解决的问题.大气细颗粒物(PM2.5)是造成灰霾天气的最主要因素.通过分析PM2.5的产生、组成、来源,论述了对杭州市燃烧设备PM2.5进行监管的必要性;并结合现阶段PM2.5产排污研究现状、检测结果和常用分析检测方法的论述,揭示了加强燃烧设备PM2.5产排污环节监管对于杭州市进行大气环境治理、企业技术改造等方面的重要性和意义.
