Abstract: In view of the demand of the performance- based distribution reform under the new situation,by referring to relevant theories about the performance- based distribution reform,the article expounds the advantages and disadvantages as well as existing problems during the process of the reform,with the aim of producing the new theories and methods about performance- based allocation in public hospitals,better stimulating the initiative and creativity of medical staff as well as making contributions for the society.
