Abstract: With the rapid development of online shopping and the rise of electronic commerce, more and more enterprises into the internet. At the same time, with the rapid development of e-commerce, the online retail industry has also brought impact onto the traditional retail industry, promoting the innovation of the business model. Suning was produced under such a background. Firstly, analyzing Suning model, found the innovation and mode of operation, and then discusses the existing cloud business model, and finally development suggestions are put forward.
