Abstract: With information industry developing, al kinds of information cards continue to emerge, related problem of waste card recycling and resource utilization has become an important issue about comprehensive utilization of resources. According to the amount of production and recycling of waste information card in Shanghai city, the experience and resource utilization technology were discussed so as to provide reference for other related areas.
