Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical value of MSCT combined with oral mannitol total parenteral imaging in the preoperative diagnosis of colorectal cancer TNM stage. Methods 62 patients with colorectal cancer taking preoperative MSCT examination from February, 2012 to August, 2014 at our hospital were retrospective analyzed. Their general information, TNM stage, and pathologic results were compared and analyzed to understand the accuracy of MSCT in combination with oral mannitol total parenteral imaging in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer TMN stage. Results The total accuracy rate of MSCT combined with oral mannitol total parenteral imaging in the preoperative diagnosis of colorectal cancer in T staging was 85.5%; the sensitivity of T4 stage was 93.8%; the speciifcity was 96.7%. The total accuracy rate in N staging was 62.9%; the sensitivity of N0 stage was 74.1%; the speciifcity was 85.7%. The total accuracy rate in M staging was 95.2%; the sensitivity of M1 stage was 77.8%; the speciifcity was 98.1%.Conclusions MSCT combined with oral mannitol total parenteral imaging in the preoperative diagnosis of colorectal cancer TNM staging has high accuracy and important clinical value.
