Abstract: Colloidal gold immune chromatography strip was prepared by using C-reactive protein monoclonal antibody pairs to label and coat. The color card with obvious gradient color was made by serum calibration, and the coincidence rate, stability and precision of the strip and color card were detected, thus the C-reactive protein semiquantitative detecting was achieved. The results showed that this method had high repeatability, stability and precision. Compared with latex turbidimetry to detect 100 clinical serum parallelly, the two methods both met the coincidence rate of 98%. Semiquantitative C-reactive protein colloidal gold method was initially established, and it was easy in operation, clear in result and needed no special quxiliary device.
